Third one down the auctioneers better change their description as at the moment it is false representation...
Lot Details Registration: KVR 30G RHD/LHD: Right Hand Drive Year: 1985 Engine size: 1.4L Make: Morris Odometer reading (miles): 835 Model: Mini Cooper S MOT expiry:
KVR 30G is actually....
WHITE, 1985 AUSTIN MINI MAYFAIR 2 DOOR SALOON

It says that in the advert, it is perfectly acceptable and legal to have a plate on a car that appears to make it older, as is the case with many private regs.
It says it's a replica, and it is advertised as such
Where's the problem

Apart from the Lot Details clearly states Make: Morris Model: Mini Cooper S which are both factually wrong
and
Offered for sale is a 1.4L 1985 Morris Mini Cooper S manual

It clearly says replica many times in the advert, the title of the advert says
1960's Morris Mini Cooper S Replica to Hillclimb/Sprint Specification
