And just thinking about it, for a trailer to tow well it needs a reasonable amount of nose weight, you'rs looks almost as if it's balanced over the axle.

It will be so light that there will not be much nose weight to matter, but yep the draw bar looks too long,
Do both bootlids open still?

The bar is that long for a couple of reasons. So that both boot lids open as well as being able to back it up. As far as trailer noise weight, non issue as the trailer will never have that much weight in it.
General rule for best results is the trailer should have equal wheel base to car as the car itself....

The longer the bar the easier it is to reverse as it turns slower in relation to the steering input.
22 foot boat trailers are a doddle.
