Flea bay...............this topic has been hrashed about on this forum and other a million times in the last ten years and all the pro's and cons and contraversy and ethics and moral obligations to obey the law etc etc. It has been fun but the final answer must be.........if you want to stick yer number plate on yer bonnet......DO IT MATE.......lots of us have.
