Couldnt quite find a radiator drain plug,not sure if this one would be similar https://www.minispor...gine-block.html
Yeah I saw that one does look similar but unsure on what thread that is and what thread I need

I'd imagine it should have a dowty washer to seal it.

That looks rather like a fan switch blanking plug. Most mini fan switches I think are M22 x 1.5

That looks like the kind of thing, but unfortunately it looks like the rubbish plastic blanking plug that was fitted to my Radtech radiator. The '0' ring doesn't have a nice groove to locate in and gets squeezed out of the plug as you tighten it. I struggled to find a decent replacement plug on line and ended up making my own on the lathe.Something like this?That looks rather like a fan switch blanking plug. If it is M22 x 1.5 you could just fit a fan switch as a plug.
