Hi all

Looking for a little help here

My daughter and I bought a project build about a year ago ... So far all is going well but we have run into a problem identifying the loom we have ...

It needs replacing as its been butchered over the last 10 owners but all the descriptions on the places that sell replacement looms dont seem to have what we need listed

Is there a way to identify the closest to what we have?

None list sprite as a version, we have a 2 clock dash, first date of reg is Nov 1983, the engine is a 998 A+ with 1985 engine internals, inertia starter motor, no Dip Dim, no side repeater indicators,

there was one site I saw they listed sprite from vin no 122249 to 179630 then the next loom was with side repeaters for vehicles 1984 on

our VIN is 205***

Is there anyone that i can contact with my VIN number that can point me to the correct full loom?

Many thanks

Talk to Autosparks - they will identify what you need and if they don’t have it on the shelf will usually adapt one to suit.

I just ordered mine from autosparks. They ask all the right questions as the drop down menu doesnt cover everything. Very helpful.
But. Mines a 14 week wait.

Thanks Graeme, Ironman,

Not seen this site before …. They narrowed it down using their dropdowns …. But I will call them to confirm

Autosparks supply most of the main Mini outlets.

Sometimes they can be more expensive to go direct, but then sometimes they will have things the main suppliers don't keep.

They're all fairly similar before the injection models.

Just look at the components listed in the index and see if you have them...

Side repeaters, dim dip relay....
