You might be able to get someone to 3D-print one for you.

Thanks but already tried that but not able to get one 3D printed that is strong enough, tried different designs but they all after a short time have cracked. They are made from a really hard nylon type material.

It might be possible to turn one up from a nylon bar, if all else fails.

Now that's a interesting idea just need someone with a lathe.

I would've thought that would be fairly simple in a lathe. I don't have any nylon bar otherwise I'd have a stab.

The overall diameter is only 25mm as that is all the nylon bar I had. But should hopefully be enough to decide whether it works or not.
