Prob bp8es for high boost
I've been reading up on resisters,
Either fit resister leads OR restister plugs,apparently NOT both

ah this is a something I've not come across yet. Why fit resisters? The plugs I've brought are ngk Bp7es does that mean I should run different leads? CheersBp7es for low boost,
Prob bp8es for high boost

You should fit either for radio / tv interference suppression

8's are a bit too cold, especially for off boost performance. Most of the turbo boys run BP7ES on around 20psi builds with no issues.

I run NGK BPR6ES on standard boost without any problems.
