Does anyone know which tool I need to remove my radio?

Yes, more or less.

These are the ones for my MPi Radio/Cassette.

You can make something that'll do the trick, from a couple of lengths cut from a thick wire coathanger.

It pushes the clip back (red arrows) and the nick in it engages the tang (green arrow) to pull the head unit out.

The nick isn't strictly necessary. Once the clips are pushed in, grab the head unit and wiggle it out (extra pair of hands are an advantage).
