There's been a couple of negative comments recently about delivery from Mini Spares. I would just like to re-tip the scales to the more positive side of things.

I ordered a single item from them on Sunday evening and it arrived yesterday on their "standard" service, along with e-mail updates when it was dispatched.

So thank you Mini Spares for your continued good work during these difficult times.

Ditto.  Ordered Sunday evening, delivered Tuesday am.  Service, as ever, is brilliant for me.

We placed an order for some small parts and it quickly arrived, realised i had ordered only one of an item where I needed two, phoned and ordered the additional item and that arrived just a few days after.

Never really had a problem to be fair

They seem to have got their act together lately, orders were painfully slow

I ordered a full set of evo cones which were £200 ish and bulky so delivery was £7.25 paid extra £2
for fast delivery and got them the next day

Can’t fault them these days

I used to live in st albans when I had my first mini 30 years ago, it was easy then,
20 minutes to Frien Barnet from my parents house

Also placed a couple of orders with them recently.

Can’t fault them for the speed of processing the orders. They’re were delivered within a couple of days.

Definitely things have improved - or business has slowed, don't know which!  O_O

DHL is back to their normal as well, where it was taking 2 weeks to get an order, it's now back to three of four days - and I'm over the pond! Well done to both of them!

I'm now on my 4th order from MS to West coast of Canada. Things seem to arrive within 5 to 7 days via DHL....which is extremely good these days. Faster than posting something down the street from here.

My experience has not been as positive I'm afraid.
Place an order online on Friday. On Saturday I wanted to add to the order. The invoice said to email Ivan with any queries so I did.Not had a reply so phoned them just only to discover I'd phoned the wrong shop.... I phoned the number for the online shop,or so I thought.
Nevermind I'll phone the other shop, err no I won't, they close at 5pm.
I've now emailed orders@minispares .
Wait and see if I get a reply this time
