I have been interested in Classic Mini cars for probably 30 years. I bought the books on restoration and workshop manuals over 10 years ago. Having retired in mid June this year, and bored after the first week, I became a licensed car dealer and decided it was time to start with Classic Mini cars. So I acquired one  from the UK, specifically to sell. Well, the car arrived by trailer to my house, my wife said lets go take a quick drive, and after returning to our house I was informed that we were keeping this car and in fact it was now her car. There goes my business plan!

So we have our first Classic Mini, a 1992 Mayfair in incredible original condition. It is red, grey cloth interior, and despite being 29 years old and one owner, it has 24,000 miles on the odometer. My only additions thus far have been adding a pair of Wilco driving lights, British flag decals to the side mirrors, had a few electrical gremlins for put in a new fuse box which cleared things up, Mini mud flaps for the rear tires, and replacing the MINI badge at the rear with a fresh silver one. Love driving this car to car shows in the area to generate interest for my business.

I would love to someday acquire a Mini pickup, but they seem largely unattainable.
