Sadly over here, I got always a technical error at payment.

Tried different browser, different operating systems, different cards, different networks...

No vpn involved :shades:

The error was me :shy:  Or more correctly my Name. The name in the form had to be exactly like the name on the card O_O

And as I'm replaced my quirky german letter with an even more crazy Norwegian, it don't match my international spelling on the card. :mmkay:

Thanks Nathan from the LSMOC for finding out and saving my day.

See You there...

Hey Guys,

I literally live down the road from the start.
Apart from getting up early on Sunday and watching all the cars leave.
Does anyone k ow if I can get into the grounds on Saturday to see the cars?
I don’t have a ticket.

Hmmm...not sure. I think that folk will be asked to show their ticket on arrival at the rec...assume this means at the gate.

Not sure if they'd let folk on foot in though without a ticket.

Maybe someone on TMF may be part of the organization behind L2B and could confirm.

People without a ticket was able to come through at Crystal Palace so I'm sure it will be the same at Cheam :)

Cheam Park would be hard to close off to pedestrian access for the public/dog walkers, etc unless the organisers are installing temporary security fencing which they never did at Crystal Palace, you can also walk across into Cheam Park from the adjoining Nonsuch Park.

Someone has offered me a ticket to L 2 B, couple of questions:

Is the ticket tied to a registration number?

Can I just use it to enter Madeira drive with my car, I don’t need to go to Cheam first?

I think it may be tied to the car...a ticket can be transferred but the ticket holder needs to contact the club....this is all 'I think' so don't quote me.

Unsure of being able to get straight into Maderia drive...I know that if your car is going on a club stand you're directed to go straight to Brighton and not go on the run.

Does anyone know what time you should expect to arrive at Cheam rec if turning up on the Sunday morning? I don't want to be late and rush, but I also don't want to be there too early and having to hang around too long...traveling across country rather than motorway to get there so trying to work out when I should be setting out.

Thanks.
