I found some of my old mini pics the other week.
I got this engine from Ian Fergusson engineering in the mid 80's when he was closing down.
He reconned all his back room "crap" and sold it cheap just before all the machinery got sold.
I got this 1071 fully rebored, reground, pistons etc for the grand sum of..........£170.00
The bores were plus 20 thou and the crank was on plus 10 thou.
With hindsight I should have bought the 970 he also had for sale for the same money but I seem to remember i struggled to get the money together for this one at the time.
I fit this into an 850 i had at the time which ended up being sold to someone in sheffield in about 1987.
I wonder what happened to it.......ah well.....

Ideally if you use an imaging hosting site is a better way of managing and posting your photos.

Imjur is one, easy to use, you can organise albums and it's free.

There's some further help here;-

I'd love to see your photos.
