Fitting Door Windows

Hi all.
I might be having brain failure,but I can't install my door window and mechanism. I just can't work out how to do it without forcing and scratching paint.

Help please.

carefully remove inner and outer weather strips, form outside lower front of window into door. locate into front guide then do same with rear. working inside car get someone else to slowly lower window and install front reg arm into guide then push forwards until you can get rear one in (do this with reg in fully raised postion) then locate on door frame locating tab, you will need to operate regulator with winder to do this. don't forget to well grease regulator teeth and window guides. window will be close to top of door frame, but this is how i always do mine
