Hi, this is my 3rd mini and I have been learning to drive for a few weeks now. I swapped my old shell and engine for a taxed and tested spi.

I'll let the pictures do the talking:

When i 1st got it (2 weeks ago (ish)



Gold bonnet stripes cam straight off and white ones went on and chrome arches









Started work on the interior




I'm currently converting to toggle switches and am cutting one of stig's dashes to fit my headunit and everything I picked that up at MITP about 2 years ago.

Have got a steel genuine clubman front to go on probably going to be removable with miglia arches and hopefully some 13x8's either alleycats, supersports or some revolutions if i can find any.

not got much done recently, fitted an RC40 yesterday and just cleaned my garage out (crammed everything to the sides) so the mini has a place to sleep at night



If your wondering why there is a tv in the room at the back its my bedroom means I can polish the mini at night when I cant sleep

Not managed to get much done recently but have just ordered some parts.

The mini is going to my mates on monday (he has no neighbours to annoy with the grinder).
There ill be fitting a genuine steel clubby front end and all the above^^

I have also made a decision on the colour scheme.
I saw this pic and fell in love instantly

just need to decide what arches to go for... what you recon?
I was thinking either Miglia's group 5's or sportspacks with sportspack sideskirts?

I say pick what wheels you want first (10's lol) then chose the arches to suit

well... cutting began.

Got the mini to my mates and up on his truck ramps.













The front isnt on properly just rested.

Need to take a trip to screwfix to get a spotweld drill tomoro to detach the wing from the inner wing properly.

Also my package from minispares should be arriving tomoro so bracebars etc will be on. If i get all this done then ill make a start at doing my scuttle.
