It seems Minisport has some excellent prices on CVs especially the inboard version.
I am not sure it is worth it to buy and have shipped to the US, but seems hard to beat.

MiniSport
REF DESCRIPTION QUANTITY PRICE COST
GCV1013 CV Joint Outer Mini - Disc Brake 2 £24.65 £49.30
ADU4378 Inner Pot Joint 2 £16.88 £33.76

MiniSpares
Product description Quantity Price
GCV1013 - CV JOINT 1275 2 £23.27 46.54
GCV1102 - POT JOINT (INBOARD CV) ADU4378 2 £30.00 60.00

They are asking $100 each in the US, approx £63

How accurate is the shipping estimate to the US?
Delivery preference: courier - express £43.69

All four items would be relatively heavy.

Terry, Mini Spares UPS shipping costs are VERY fair. Quick too...it only takes 3 days from being shipped to me receiving the packages here in LA. Recent examples:

£40 for a clutch plate; flywheel pulling tool; and some small bits and pieces.
£50 for a super 2 core radiator; alloy rocker cover; and some other small bits and pieces.

So my guess is that shipping quote would be pretty much on the money.

Mini Spares is out of stock on the GCV1102:
This item is presently out of stock. See below for any alternative items.

So what is the difference between the two?

Simon will need to say for sure. To me, searching the part numbers on Google, it kinda looks like ADU4378 should be a Heritage part and GCV1102 a pattern part. But the Mini Spares pricing doesn't seem to support that.

Hi,
Thank you for your call. the GCV1102 are genuine pot joints , at £30.00+VAT, so the GCV1102MS is an after market version, at £16.50+VAT.
