Vac Gauge

hi i have just won a center and housing and speedo and with amp gauge and a
Vac gauge can this be used as the oil gauge or have i goto get a oil gauge??
as smiths oil gaurges are no that cheap...

The Vac Gauges run on a vacuum, the Oil Gauge on the other hand runs on pressure.

Keep an eye out for them at shows.

I'd keep the vac gauge and plumb it in as a vac gauge >_< But lose the Amp meter - voltmeters lot more useful.
Saying that if You've only room for two gauges I'd go for oil pressure and volts.
