as you can guess..... i fire the mini up let it warm up if i rev it, it seems to bog down then cough then splutter a bit eventually clearing..... also if i "floor" it, it cuts out.... carb adjustment turning the dizzy left or right..... helpp would be great

Is there oil in the Dash pot?

Give the ignition the once over, points gap, condenser etc.
