i'm geting an error when trying to start a new topic, i've tried logging in and out too.

Try again now.
If you haven't made a post since the system was changed it doesn't recognise your post count. As soon as you post it shifts you into the correct group and away you go.
Since you've posted above it "should" now work for you.
Let me know if it doesn't
