anyone know which way mini engines rotate? im pretty sure its anti-clockwise from the timing chain end but just wasnt sure about these minis

No its clockwise when looking from the timing cover end (No1 cylinder)

Why unusual ??? Most 4 cylinder engines rotate clockwise when viewed from the front !

I think hondas rotate anti clockwise. of course i could be wrong

Honda rotation depends upon the engine. The rotation on Vtecs varies
