I want to cut out my rear seats, up to the heel board and the bins but I was wondering if these provide any redgity to the car, i do have a roll cage to this will also be providing redegity.

Is it something that is worth doing?

thanks.

And some extra strengthening....look in the projects section (i.e. this guys here) and give them a PM as to what they're doing as they'll know more about it than me

:D @ Dog. I didn't get a chance to remember what you said, never mind forget about it after!

You can cut out the rear bins and part of the reat seat, and yes, its a good idea to put in at least a rear cage to replace to strength and rigidity lost. Cut the reat seat back to the little bend in it about half way back.
