blimey, this small cold snap at night has killed my battery enough to not start the mini, only half year old.

I think we have all been zapped - after replacing my battery last week (from Halfrauds, sorry) the sod was dead again on Tuesday. Just charged it again, will put in again this afty and see if it works - otherwise off back it goes!

My first car had a halfords battery in it, it was 10 years old when I bought the car, and never let me down, :D The halfords battery in the mini has only gone flat twice, and that's just from lack of use.

so my partner goes to me, why dont you add up your reciepts for your mini then (as some how we got to subject) and in my head im thinking well for 1; its painful enough knowing what buy each time isnt cheap 2; if she found out I spend more on mini than her she would be "slightly" upset and 3; what hell do I respond with as she is still looking at me as we drive along lol.... awkward.....

yeh sppedo cable is completly wedged in housing.. ive sheared in such way that its twisted all inside... yeh can stay like that for.now ha

Why did I go see Duncan at Altered image... just phoned him to say yes to work that needs doing, and yes to work that is more of luxury and pleasing to eye which in actual fact is the most expensive piece work to do haha.....

Its one those times where you have had quote on some work to be done on mini, some of which is not exactly needed at this time. But you go through the justifying stage of crap that comes out your mouth, in thinking that it "must" be done now, so in the end after all that you get it done. no matter how much the extra cost is for that job....yay
