Heater out, exchanged matrix, back in, road tested, all in hour and a half. Never has anything gone that smoothly in thirty years. I fear a breakdown on the way to work tomorrow

On a ERA it means a bit of centre consol removal but still preferrable to a head gasket..oh did I mention - no garage
