Done by a Pro or done by a keen amateur? A Pro with the right gear could do it in a day assuming its straight panel swap with no rot to deal with.

Agreed on Hp and their thermal issues. I currently own a Toshiba, and it has been brilliant. I have upgraded the processor and changed the HDD to a hybrid SSD/HDD. Runs like a beast, from the moment i hit the on button, i am up and loaded in 15 seconds.
