3 science exams, 2 science end of unit assesments, maths exam and an english end of unit assessment for homework to do today. Not happy, would rather do stuff on my mini!

its not even a levels! Im still in secondary school, but i did have a bad acciedent in may leaving me off school until the start of sept and still have a load of catch up to do! :(

Ahh, Okay fair enough. I hated GCSE's did fairly badly aswell.
Luckily i'm doing a course that I enjoy and that is why I'm "excelling". If you wan't help with revision PM me.

cheers mate. This year we have no choice and have to do an extra year of education. Hopefully i will get an apprenticeship doing engine building (already got the 'employer', just need to sort it all out). I'll be pretty happy if it all goes well

At work today, my boss and i were trying to get the ignition timing correct on one of their austing 7 chummy. trying to start it and never heard such a big bang ever in my life. The exhaust silencer literally exploded whilst the engine was turning over! baffles were everywhere and the exhasut was 3x bigger than it was supposed to be!

I was suprised. Usually its listed as instock but it actually isnt. I only boutgh from the becuase the arms a very cheap at the moment, other times i buy from mini spares with TMF+ discount

cut out the remaining bootfloor and rear seat today. bit more metal has to go then we can weld the new floor/seat in place! hope all goes well :S

gonna go for some kad alloy calipers. question is do i go for the standard yellow colour shown on kad website or have some in made in red? Car is red, and calipers can be seen easily! opinions?!

panel replacment. I might buy some panels instead of the roll over jig. Roll over jig will be useful when doing a couple of panels. In tan recent issue of mini mag, they showed how to replace the boot floor, and hinge panel so i may buy them panels and get on with it. And teach myself how to weld.

just spend the last hour going through all our old mini magazines and cutting out all of the 'how to' sections telling how to replace floors etc. should be useful!
