Somebody help !! Do I get my engine roling roaded or do I pull it out and find the source of this knocking noise ? Really don't went to have to pull it out, however while out should I change to the a+ engine I have ?

Don't rolling road it if there is a problem like that. It will cause more damage/failure. Find the source and fix it

no i waited for 50 mins and it was not there from 8:00 till 8:57 its meant to get there at 8:07 so i waited a extra 50 mins than i normally would and it didn't turn up, didn't have lessons till 1pm so i walked back home and got a lift in a few hours later, right pain, can't wait to pass my test so i don't have to get on the bus, costing £2.30 each way !!!! sorry about the rant but the bus annoys me ;)

Now the 3 year resto is complete I'm lost for things to do to the mini ! Apart from drive it as I am having my test in 2 weeks time

petrol and paint are not friends, fuel filler cap has let fuel splash past it and onto my lovely fresh paint !
