he told me he sent off the logbook form the day after i bought it which was october last year but it turns out he hasnt because the DVLA havent recieved anything off him.. so his excuse is that it got lost in the post.... hm likely. now hes saying that he's got a new form to fill in and send off, which he wont do because if he lost the tear off green slip then he'll have to pay 25 quid which i know he wont because a fat lazy slob
