Cheers Bud, I love how in different light conditions it changes so much, think others must have liked it too, was so shocked getting the trophy :)

Thanks bud. to be honest I'd never heard of them but, just had a look on YouTube and I like what I hear, particularly this track

Reminds me a little bit of Uriah Heep.

Your welcome, their 1969 album Spooky Two is in my top 5, really worth listening to.

If you do track days they have better roadhodling on fast corners.
The yokos A048R on 12" have better traction though.

Cheers! yeah mine changes from blue to grey depending on the light, metallic grey Minis are rare, and imo very interesting, yukon grey/ smoke /tweed look nice, but are pretty common atm :)

Busy day tomorrow. Gear selector seal to replace, respray my steering wheel matte black instead of gloss, re-seal my windscreen, AND change the coil springs on a vw polo. Quite worried about trying to get that lot done in one day. But for now, it's off for a chillout and a skate.

Getting a bit more of a move on with Stitch, figuring out this Rover conversion now!

Got a job lot of head gaskets then?

Nope. Though I'll need less with a k-series in comparison to an a-series. Plus it helps that the fella and his best mate are pretty well known on the mini scene for their knowledge of cars and ability lol.

But the K series is famous for chomping Head gaskets....just look at how many cheap K series rovers are out there with blown gaskets. Not a hard job to do mind you but it is a weak point. Good powerful engine though and good luck
