I would say iPhone. I have used the S3 and in my opinion its too big, I also think that its a bit of a cheap copy of the iPhone with things such as sVoice. I also think its marketing is based on silly novelty features such as unlocking it with your face? I know SIRI is novelty but it does have some uses.
by the way, I have a iPhone and So does the rest of my family.
and with Apple you know the customer support is fantastic.
