House move pretty much done!! Still 2 boxes to put away, getting there! Then can spend time with the fella, goto work and get work done on car ^_^

    Be careful though. Petrol is a solvent where as diesel is a lubricant so any petrol that passes through the fuel system will start to corrode the rubber pipes as well as other parts. If you see white smoke coming through the exhaust, that is a very expensive fuel system going by the wayside.

    I bought a whole front end worth of panels off Minisport, NEVER AGAIN! >_< Dunno if that helps you decide on the floors or not, lol

    According to the dude I talked to from minisport (AFTER they'd sent me the wrong footwells)- who by the way was apparently their sales manager - said that the footwells never changed over the course of production of the mini.. In that case why did the ones i received have drain holes in them (Which they didn't supply plugs for, either) when the originals did not!?

took the carpets out and had a good look at the floors, drivers side front and rear floors are completely shot and the bottom of the x-member has rusted through in one place.. all thanks to the previous owner who fitted oversills . any advice on how to tackle this?
