Are there any club`s near the nott`s/midlands area i can join, to get more local advice of places to go for parts and such??

went to look at a supposedly mint shell tonight, i got told all that needed doing was to put it back together, when i got there it was chucked in the corner of a garage and needed loads of work on the shell, gutted thought i had found a bargain there

the mini! its allllive! mot on tuesday and i can actually drive again for the first time in six months!

Is anyone interested in buying an MG metro engine? I'll put some pics up on the valuations section to see how much it's worth first though :P

Just bent a dashpot on my HS2 twins. The stud on the manifold is too long and as I was tightening drilled into the dashpot, hopefully I can file is away and it the chamber to slide inside again. Not what I wanted!

Mini made a horrible screetching from front left, nasty grinding sound. Hopefully it was just a stone behind the gaurd, so so so noisy it was!
