been told by an audio-head that u can save some money by flashbanding where less necessary and in smaller places but make sure to use some real sound deadener on the big panels...hope that helps

How loud should tappets be? My oil is over a year old now, and it is getting up to temp but it is the winter, should a change of oil make them quiet? I only adjusted them a couple of months ago.

i will be changing soon, but it gets a top up of fresh oil now and then anyway so it isn't massivly old. Can you hear your tapets at all? I used the readings of 12A engines in haynes manual the time I did it.
