Anyone interested in a 1974 MGB with a high spec1950c, engine, uprated suspension, v8 front brakes? Or a 2003 one owner Mini Cooper with 47k miles?

EBay - the land of the messsers. As a buyer you can't really go wrong, as a seller your pretty much screwed

Ebay states on the best offer page when you go to make one, that the offer doesn't include postage so there is no excuse on his behalf.

Vinay all estimates as there's a lot to do and they are v busy atm, sounding like off the road until even as late as Jan 16 though...
hoppus that is very true, car has been almost completely reliable otherwise so thank my stars for that one. Reckon part of the damage is my bad thanks to circa 5 years of Daily Driving whatever the weather!

Just replaced 2008 MacBook with MacBook Air, nought wrong with MacBook just wanted a change. win laptop bought at the same time long time dead after being so slow and constant BSOD. Pay for what you get.

I think most of my housemates had had their laptop a bit longer than two years. I assume they had bought theirs when they were in 6th form. I bought my macbook a few weeks before starting Uni but it has still lasted much longer than their laptops did. Most of my family have at best only managed about 5 years before a laptop dies and even before then they start to have problems and run really slow. My macbook is the same as the day I bought it.

Honestly the biggest issue is that most Windows OSs are a system resource glut. I had a really old machine, which I installed an XFCE UI arch linux OS and it worked perfectly.

I just want to say. ANYONE who is selling a Mini shell with some bodywork done on it, half the panels missing and no engine or wheels, don't try and sell it for the same price as a fully rego'd and MoT'd Mini in decent nick. You WON'T sell it.
