Mines been a resto for nearly 3 years and it's coming to an end! Few days and it will be done then l2b! I've been desperate to get it back and i cant wait!!! :D

3 years! haha I'm sure it will be well worth it! Yeah Ben_O I agree, it's very easy to give up it when you can't experience it.

Sprayed a coat of primer on my mk1 boot lid, let it tack and did a second layer, wind picked up and suddenly have random crap in the primer! God damn it Mother Nature!

A productive weekend. Got a good amount of work stuff done + sorted out the mini's brakes (so no more squealing) and gave it a good wash and detail :)

Spent most of the afternoon switching between a combination of wire brush attachments and a big tub of Deox gel , still can't get my head around the fact that I have to rinse the rust treatment gel away with water ! Bloody works though
