French cars aarghh, doing a favour for a mate. Can you fit me a new starter motor he says, sure I said pop round Saturday morning should only take an hour. Three hours later the new starter is on and guess what ? It's faulty. Back on with the old one . That's five hours of my day wasted. Man I was fuming. Anyway showered and clean now watching F1 . Consoling myself with pizza and beer !!

What about sorting some storage for the mini and then get a "better daily". You'll regret selling the mini so might aswell save yourself the heart ache ha!

Now that would be ideal, we are looking at having a garage built onto the house but until then unless I pay for storage she's got no home. It will be terrible selling her but am ready to have a "new" car for a bit - been driving 3 years and only drove a mini... then when money's right I can get a mini that can do up as & when I pleaase

Anyone had to cut a rear valance to make it longer, I've fitted mine today but had to cut it and it looks terrible

Went back to my car in the public car park earlier and there was a new Jag parked next to me. I went round to the driver's side to have a peer inside at the dash. Bit dark so I cupped my hands round my face. Was looking for maybe 10 seconds and then realised there was an old woman sat in the back. Didn't half make me jump.
