The Mini is struggling to select second and reverse. I worry that the clutch is failing (which I'm guessing is not an engine in-situ job) or the synchros on 2 and 3 are wrecked... :(

Probably, especially since the system is supposed to be sealed. need to clean everything and see where the fluid is being lost.

I've put new seal kits through the slave and master recently. Very easy and cheap to do if the bores are in good condition.
