is a 1275 engine in bits a good buy for £100 does need a rebuild though

At the current prices, even ones in need of a rebuilt are selling for £300, I'd say worth it

both a pass mini got couple advisorys on the cheap rubbers on the knuckle joint kits and a weap of greese from a cv gator

ive just bought a radius arm rebuild kit, but ive got 2 roller bearings in it.. am i supposed to, or should 1 be a bush?

They normally have a bush at one end and a bearing at the other. But some kits in the past have come with two bearings.

P clips for brake/fuel pipes..use the self tapping screws they come with or bolt them instead?
