I think someone should come and collect my mini, replace te read subframe, sort out the dodgy welding on the sills, replace the bonnet, prep it for painting, paint it and bring it back to me (with a full tank of fuel) for free.... The satisfaction of a job well done and all that...yes? Any takers?

Do it yourself and then you know it is done correctly. After the last "professional" service I had done on a car I am never letting anyone else work on any of my cars.

Warped discs is sometimes a sign of worn wheel bearings or the bearings not being seated properly. When you fitted your discs before did you check the run out on them?
Mar 14 2014 11:46 AM -
MrElliott
the bearings have been changed along with calipers and drive flange. i spoke to a guy at minispares in potters bar and he thought it might be the ebc green stuff pads as they arent that good at low temperatures and put a lot of heat through the disks. im gunna give new pads and disks a go and if thats still not right then i will get the bearings seated. however i dont think it is the bearings as disks have been warping before and after i changed them. the only things that have stayed the same...
