I use 6mm but can be difficult to get the whole of the weld sometimes, depends if your going to use the panel again too.

8mm should be the smallest you use but 10mm will be the 'lazy way' :)

Will do - I'll update my project thread when I've rebuilt the vents. Do yours look as good as they photo on eBay then? Def. doing some shows - been waiting for quite a few years to have a car ready for the show season!

Yeah they are nearly mint, only a few scratches on the black knob :) Ill have to keep an eye out for your GT, Im hopefully doing MITP, IMM and lots of local shows

i had a pot joint go on me , so had to get recoverd , i fitted a new cv and ball joints a cuple o fays before :@

Mine was all heater related, matrix broke after fitting it, then the valve, keeping fingers crossed this valve keeps going.
