I'm not a fan of them either, (especially drilling a new valance to fit one) so I designed mine to be mounted on the subframe so they are out of the way. Cheers, Ian

hmmm just found on the government site it has to be within 1m of the ground ( for my mini that is the bottom heated rear windscreen element so it would be legal. Also if your car is older than 1980.... the only requirements is its over 100m from a brake light, must be red and cant be activated by a brake pedal... It's often occurred to me that the headrests on 1980s Minis are so low down (and non-adjustable) that they'd be practically useless at preventing whiplash on anyone over 5'9". They come up to shoulder height on me. I still don't understand why anyone would remove them though, they might just be better than nothing (and they certainly don't inhibit visibility).

I used to repair and deliver them, and they are very good fun to play with, especially the mini mini diggers (1/2 tonne) with the retractable treads... Its especially fun driving a digger through the hallway of someones house when delivering them too :) :)

You can damage a lot of underground cables and break water pipes without trying too hard. You get a very good flash from the main electric feed to the property!

I’ve already gone elsewhere for the others (le side stipes) witch were £30 posted. And arrived within 3 days of ordering! I’ve also had a headlining kit made up from scratch (not an off the shelf one) within the last week via Facebook. And because it was posted a day late they chucked in a fiver refund.

Seeing as roofless was last on at 12.22am on the 19th, checking the tracking number would have been tricky. As the stickers weren’t posted until 16.27pm of the 19th. Another one of my pet hates, saying somethings been posted when it hasn’t (all too common on eBay). And despite what the tracking says they have finally arrived.
