Nope, they were fitted by a Mini garage.

Someone reversed into my mini! :( Bonnet doesn't sit flush any more, looks like the wing has been bent!

Oh god yours is worse off than mine! My car was shunted backwards by the headlight which seems to have twisted the whole front end. It may knock back into shape but if not at least its an excuse to banish some rust... Turns out the guy is related to someone who lives in my road which will make it harder for them to wriggle hopefully!

When I was at college I had to hand in Pre production, Production, Evaluation, Research, Work logs and reports to pass the unit. At uni passed analogue photography with a 10 page work book. I just don't understand XD Not complaining though

Maniflow and RC40 systems are generally recommended as the best systems. I have an RC40 stainless system on my mpi and I am very pleased with it ( Great noise )

I have a de cat pipe for mine, I have never fitted it though Midas MK1 as reading articles on here suggested to me that the system was very efficient and made no difference removing....I may try now after your comment

Decat made mine more responsive, probably marginal in terms of power, but feels better. The cat flange connection with the backbox is pretty a poor design on the mpi in terms of sealing, just something to check when fitting.

Block the advance retard pipe with a something, it will stop air leaking into the carb, help the running

Cheers guys, had me stumped for the last few days. trying to figure the problem. Even tested the vaccum with blowing smoke into it and it seemed good. Check again the other day when fiddling and turns out it has gone -.-

Rating out of 10 on how hard it is to remove rear subframe? Not sure whether to do it myself or not.

Not that hard, just remember to remove: Battery line, fuel line, brake line, exhaust. Did it with no experience, luckily had no trouble just it rusted to the floor -.-

Removing them is easy, its removing them in a way that the mini and frame and be reconnected that is the tricky part.
