This gets worse, not only has the forum become addictive (worse than Facebook) but now I have started getting kinky ideas for the mini! This is going to go horribly wrong!!

And Stiggytoo breaks down in his mini again, twice in two days. One from gearbox failure, one from points failure. So that makes it 6 or 7 times now this year :P

Excluding yourself from social situations is a symptom of depression. Your employer has a duty of care to her. If she is not fit to work then she should not be in the work place. It doesn't sound like it's doing anyone any good her being in work

It sounds like the girl you work with has issues. The last person I got stuck with who my employer kept on was just a spoilt 17 year old brat who had no idea about the world of work or the value of things.

the reason she is constantly upset is the fact that her grandma died a year ago - im not being mean or anything, but her granny was 98, they knew it was going to happen and it was a while ago, as a 43 year old woman, in my opinion, you should be able to hold off your emotions at work. she doesn't help herself. she left early yesterday because she didnt want to hit traffic - who leaves work early to avoid rush hour traffic when you have a job to do?
Manager has already has her...

I started one at 4am in the morning and had the car running by 1pm just in time to drive down to coventry in (that's a 75 mile road test on the M6 for me). It was a nissan micra though.
