big lift on a 998 kills power
if your after removing so power i would suggest fitting a 2 inch exhaust and some 8x13 wheels as well

Small bores can benifit massively from the right cam when coupled with a ported head and usual stage 1 kit.
IMO i think you'd be wasting your money on a set of roller tip rockers, especially 1:3:1 ratio ones. Any hike in power will be pretty small - Barely noticable i imagine.
In terms of BHP for your buck you'd be better getting a new camshaft (kent 276, 286 and MG metro cams work well on 998s) or a stage one kit if you haven't got one already.
Bare in mind most mods you do will require the car to be set up on a rolling road afterwards to set the timing, needle amd mixture to suit for maximum power and smoothness.

The original rockers are about 1.29 or something like that so there is not much extra lift. The roller tips may give smoother running though
