Well after 2 weeks of the mini being apart, various things changed, a fair bit of money spent, including having the head skimmed as that seemed to be the problem, its been discovered that there is a crack in the block of my 998.

Dont know if i should laugh or cry!

Off to the for sale section for a new engine :thumbsup:

Ive got a couple of 998 blocks sat in the garage (just the blocks looks tobe in good order) :thumbsup:
