[Dont Fade Away]

been for first MOT and failed on handbrake, sorted frayed cable hoping this would solve the problem but after battling with this for 2 hours realised that didn't solve it and also my quadrants are seized solid now problem with this is I'm not 100% sure on how to do this...
so anyone with some insight would be greatly appreciated as it needs doing in 9 days...

They usually respond to an assault with a hammer and a good levering to 'n fro. If not they're held on by a long clevis pin with a lil split pin in t'other end
