Hi Lee. Unfortunately this kit is designed to fit the Honda K20A2 (fitted in the Civic EP3/DC5 Type R's), it will also fit done variants of the K20 but Jose @ Mercracing would be better versed in exactly which ones.

Lee. Sorry after rereading that I get what you mean. You have an Eaton M45 I believe. There isn't currently an adapter plate designed for one but that's not to say that something couldn't be done. The M45 is more suited to the 1.6L engine because of the amount of air it moves per revolution. I've never seen one mates to a K20.

If I were to go at entry level now (for a K20) I wouldn't use the old M62/45, I'd go for a TVS900 as this moves approx the same amount of air as the M62 but has redesigned rotors (TVS = Twin Vortices System) so is more effecient and creates less heat.

Thanks Andy for replying. I have a spare supercharger. From the cooper S. Just thinking if it would be suitable for a future tune. As Iam on a hayabusa engine. Which is a lot smaller deplacement.

Riiiight, got it....

Yer I was thinking about that very same setup as a future project (like I need anymore), there's a lot of the Cooper S chargers around. Also you might be able to use some of the bits TTS use for their Busa/Rotrex motors?!?! https://www.tts-perf...a-DIY-Top-Mount

I look forward to seeing it if you take the plunge......

Didn't read the whole thread but had a go at a few pages. Great stuff!

Re: building bottom end for 500bhp, I know a few turbo'd K20's running stock internals at that kind of power level. I think the only thing they changed hardware wise was head studs. Obviously injectors, clutch and whatnot too.  Feel free to come on over to Type-R-Owners forum and we'll point you in the right direction :)
