The fuel pipes which bolt into either end of the fuel rail have 'o' rings on them, however mine have perished. Does anyone know where i can get some new ones?

Correction, they are different!!! Bugga, I just bought 6 of them to do injectors and fule rail and I now I find they are different! Can't find them on MiniSpares website either. The Part No. is BAU5325
May have to buy O Ring set with Locktite and make them?
Just measured the Injector ones I have and they are 1/8" dia rubber, 9/16" OD x 5/16" ID.

How about a source for the sensor gaskets? I don't see those listed either at Somerford or Moss. When I contacted Minispares they did not have them either.

It seems most of the sensors on the fuel inlet have an O ring gasket as well as the throttle body.
So IACV, MAP, IAT(doesn't seem like this one would wear out though), and the camshaft sensor also. I am guessing the the TPS has a gasket too on the throttle body, but I have not looked at it. It seems like they would have sold a complete kit of all the O rings to use at rebuild time. I wouldn't mind a few spares for the different multi-plugs on the sensors too.

I am looking at trying another MAP sensor and I would like to have a new gasket for it.

if you are fitting non genuine O ring make sure they are made of the right compounds - some Orings do not like petrol , my mates mpi O rings only lasted 3 weeks , dont think it matters if sealing the air side but watch out when using them to seal the petrol lines

What gasket, there isn't one fitted between the MAP sensor and Manifold is there (just an O Ring)?

I meant O ring as I consider it a type of gasket. All the other are really just large O rings some with a special shape.
