After coming back from Malvern Mini Show today me & The Stroker have had quite a laugh learning about the secret world of Shiftymini and his quiet obsession with pink. It all started off with this little fellow below:-

Shiftymini was looking at buying this and two other mins. They were £5each and shifty tried his luck on a 3 for £15. It failed
and after a group decision he then opted to not purchase this. After loosing that he then started straight away on his sectret fettish for pink mini's:-

After this little episode we all then migrate round the trade stands to a young genltleman who had a set of miglia arches for sale. We saw one had a crack in and then asked out of curiousity "how much please" he then replied "£40" and i replied "does that come with a free crack" (in relation to one of them being damaged) The tradesman then looked like he was chewing a handful of wasps and was the most miserable person of the day! so we took a photo of Shify's new sterring wheel:-

After starting the collection for his new colour change he then started looking for a new centre console and found this beauty:-

In the trend of pink with his obbsession now coming out in the open, Shifty wanted a keyring to match the colour of his new accessories:-

As if this was not bad enough by this point he now wanted to dress his children up in pink aswell. Shiftymini then enquired about childrens tops and then got sucked in by the lady on the trade stand and this was the result:-

you got it A SALE! (hope the kids liked it all joking aside!)
Now we had all of the interior sorted (and the kids tops) he now decided it was time to venture outside. Shiftymini found this one (or 2 as it is) thinking "if i mixed the two colours together i will get pink!"

After thinking this was probably not the best idea he then found an ideal candidate which he immediatly fell in love with:-

After getting everything for his new love for pink, there was only one thing left to do and then was for Shifty to go and by himself a nice set of pink dice just to finish it all of and this was the results!!!

So anyway that was my day out with Shiftymini learning about his secret love with pink! he is hoping to have the complete changeover ready for Spring 2009. Any thoughts and comments welcome TMF'ers.
