Anyone knows of a frame designed for this engine swap. It seems perfect for the mini!

I agree these new Jazz/Fit engines probably have some real advantages for mini conversions if you're not looking for K-series-like insane performance. However at least in the US market they've only been around two or three years and I expect it would be difficult to find one for reasonable cost. I would expect for that reason the conversion sub-frame makers will wait a bit to see if demand devolopes before designing frames for them. I could be wrong, I'd give MiniTech or one of the others a call and see if it's in their plans.

After what I've gone through so far fitting a D15B into a standard nose saloon, the intake manifold configuration on these L series engines looks mighty attractive. I'll bet the engine weight is significantly less as well. I'm not so sure about the CVT transmission though...
