It has taken more cash than the national debt and more time than i had but I have all but finished Blackey. All that is needed to finish is put the front grille back on. Took her to Collins in Erdington for setup and pleased to report she made 90 BHP and 86lb of torque. havent road tested yet but the early signs are this car is gonna be quick. Be interested to know if anybody has a similar output and what sort of performance they are getting.

I don't know about the output but I spent shed loads too.
Drives really well, I regularly do Horsham to north London and back, about 150 miles,
sits at 85/90 quite happily although gets quite loud!

I've been told if I wont it to last I need to ease off.

looks nice good colour...
I have three more Minis to restore including a 63 super deluxe which i am gagging to do. none of these will have the same spec as Blackey i couldnt afford it
