what do you guys think to roof racks, like metal/wood classic style, or boot racks, i like the idea of a roof rack, but where can i pick one up, they seem to be very rare on ebay, and might not fit mini, any help appreciated, cheers.

dads just said theres one in the garage haha, everything is in there....its a DESMO roof rack, very old he said.

hey wil (although according to your msn address your names tom!)

if your thinking of the roof rack for carrying your bike (as i know your a trials rider)

then its an awesome idea!

i can get 3 bikes on the roof of mine no problem.

ive got a thule roof rack, with cheapy halfords carriers, and it works a treat!

ive also got a boot mounted bike rack, so in thoery i can load 6 bikes onto my mini although ive never carried more than two on a long journey, as its not great for economy!

that little mini from the drag wars show is mine. it attaches with suckers to protect the paint and has 2 arms on the side that connect to the roof gutter.

look in the back of mini magazine for a company called mini mine. costs about £80. will look up the phone numbers later if you are still interested
